My biggest skill is helping people feel calm, understood, and open, even in chaos.
Communication is how I build clarity, resolve conflict, and create trust.
I’m a philosopher by education and a process consultant by experience, working in technology and strategy for over a decade.
This is me giving what I have best to share – help people be understood and feel confident.
If you’re trying to build confidence, feel of purpose, and your own voice, you’ll feel at home here.
I graduated in Philosophy, Informatics, and Economics — but my real education began long after university.
For over 15 years, I’ve lived in two worlds at once: studying philosophy and psychology on one side, and building and managing businesses on the other. Philosophy taught me to ask deeper questions about meaning, purpose, and the essence of human action. Business taught me how those ideas collide with reality — pressure, responsibility, ambition, and doubt.
I’ve seen how intelligent, capable people succeed professionally while quietly struggling with clarity, energy, and direction. I’ve experienced it myself.
I work with an original method called the Life Strategy Framework, built on four pillars:
1. Reading your own experience — fear, motivation, burnout — as signal, not noise. The experiences you’ve already had carry more answers than any self-help guide.
2. Understanding your inner values — the ones that define the direction of your ambitions, so you can feel that you’re actually where you belong.
3. Action — which determines how much energy you have. What we do can drain us, restore us, or drive us forward. We learn to read that difference and follow action rather than chase goals.
4. Communication — how to be understood, so that the people around you support your decisions and recognize your needs.
Reach out if you want to:
It’s not theory detached from life. It’s not motivational advice. It’s a structured way to regain clarity, align energy, and make intentional decisions in a complex world.
Today, I help people who feel capable — but unclear — see their lives with sharper focus and move forward with coherence.
