Strategy beyond the perfection

When you feel that you are on truck but getting out of fuel

This is program for people who are high-functioning, constantly learning, improving, setting goals, and making plans — yet feel stuck in a loop of self-optimization. They struggle with spontaneity, emotional connection, and the ability to simply feel and be without performing.

We are working on 1:1 during 60-75 minutes sessions. You choose the location: on-line or in preferred location – calm silenced studio or during a walk – we already tried both.

Bring your plan and we will challenge if it raelly leads you to desired success.

The goal is to shift from perpetual preparation and self-management toward grounded presence, intuitive living, and meaningful engagement with life beyond the checklist. You will keep delivering but without burnout.

Program

Stage 1The Map – The Territories of Your Life

Begin by outlining the areas of life you invest energy in. Where are you growing, nourishing, overworking, or ignoring?

Psychological Tools & References:

  • Life Domain Mapping (Wheel of Life, adapted)

  • Self-Determination Theory (Deci & Ryan): Emphasizes autonomy, competence, and relatedness as key to motivation and psychological health.

  • Role Mapping from Narrative Coaching: Exploring the roles we take on and how they shape our self-identity.

Stage 2The Explorer – Embodying Yourself in Each Domain

Take a journey across your map. Who are you in each role or area? How does your identity shift?

Psychological Tools & References:

  • Parts Work (Internal Family Systems – IFS): Understanding subpersonalities within the self.

  • Gestalt Chair Work: Helps surface inner dialogue and conflicting parts.

  • Narrative Identity Theory (Dan McAdams): Life stories shape our sense of self and coherence.

Stage 3The Conqueror – The Unmapped Land

Imagine a new area—unclaimed space. What do you want to create there? What must you let go of to make room?

Psychological Tools & References:

  • ACT Matrix (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy): Identifies values and behavioral alignment.

  • Empty Space Visualization (Gestalt/Existential approach): Encourages spontaneous desire to emerge.

  • Values Clarification (from ACT): Helps identify personal priorities beyond external validation.

Stage 4Improvisation – The Antidote to Control

True transformation doesn’t come from strategy, but from presence and improvisation. What stops you from trusting the unknown?

Psychological Tools & References:

  • Flow Theory (Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi): Engagement arises from surrender to the moment, not from mastery alone.

  • Cognitive Flexibility Theory: Helps navigate uncertainty and adapt perspective.

  • Delegation Readiness (from Leadership Psychology): Builds capacity to trust others and co-create outcomes

Stage 5Refuel – The 7 Types of Rest

Explore rest not as stopping, but as recovery in different dimensions: physical, mental, emotional, social, creative, sensory, and spiritual.

Psychological Tools & References:

  • “Sacred Rest” Model (Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith)

  • Self-Care Assessment (used in trauma-informed therapy)

  • Burnout Recovery Framework (Maslach Burnout Inventory): Distinguishes between exhaustion, cynicism, and reduced efficacy.

Stage 6Prioritizing – High, Low, and Critical Value

Reclaim your time by recognizing what truly matters and cutting the noise. Stop dragging the “long tail” of unfinished projects.

Psychological Tools & References:

  • Eisenhower Matrix: Prioritizing by urgency vs importance.

  • The Zeigarnik Effect: Unfinished tasks cause mental clutter.

  • Parkinson’s Law: Work expands to fill the time allotted.

Stage 7Strategy – The Long View

Anchor your life not in doing more, but in living aligned. Where are you headed? What are you willing to let go of? Who do you want to be along the way?

Psychological Tools & References:

  • Odyssey Plan (Design Your Life framework): Future mapping through narrative design.

  • Identity-Based Goal Setting (James Clear / Self-concept theory): Goals as identity reinforcement.

  • Existential Coaching Model: Meaning through choice and responsibility.
