This is program for business owners and high-performing leaders who feel emotionally exhausted, unfulfilled, or stuck in a success loop where only work brings validation.

We are working on 1:1 during 60-75 minutes sessions. You choose the location: on-line or in preferred location – we already try it even during mountain trip or car ride but quiet office works just as well.

You choose site of the duel. I bring the weapons.

We reignite purpose, uncover personal meaning, and redefine what true accomplishment looks like – using proven methods to facilitate the process.

The goal is to understand you personal patter of gratification, motivation and sacrifice. So you can shuffle and aware pass your own energy between different ares of your life. The way it fuels you but not burnout you.

Stage 1See Your Story from the Outside

Gain clarity on your personal and professional journey. Observe your path with objectivity and curiosity, like a movie you’re watching.

Tools & Exercises:

  • Narrative Coaching prompts

  • Life/Career Timeline Mapping

  • Hero’s Journey reflection (optional metaphor)

Coaching Homework:

  • Write your story as a short article or speech: “The Road So Far”

  • Highlight 3 key turning points and what they meant to you

  • Reflect: What are you most proud of? What are you hiding?

Stage 2How the Path Shaped You

Explore how your choices, environment, and beliefs unconsciously shaped your behavior and identity over time.

Tools & Exercises:

  • Iceberg Model (surface behavior vs deep identity)

  • Parts Work: Dialogue with different parts of self (e.g., the Driver, the Protector)

  • Ladder of Inference – making meaning from actions

Coaching Homework:

  • Journal: What part of you led to key decisions?

  • Draw your own Iceberg: What is visible vs hidden?

  • Identify 1 belief you inherited and question its relevance today

Stage 3Gain vs. Loss – The Real Trade-Offs

Inventory the emotional, relational, and lifestyle trade-offs made on the journey to success. What did you gain? What did you lose?

  • Success Ledger: Draw a table with “Gained / Lost”

  • Wheel of Life (Career Edition)

  • Four Rooms of Change Model

Coaching Homework:

  • Fill out the Success Ledger and write 3 reflections

  • Rate current satisfaction in 8 life areas (Wheel of Life)

  • Identify what room of change you are in right now

Stage 4Hidden Hunger

Identify what your achievements have been masking or avoiding. Discover inner voids or unmet needs.

  • Needs Inventory (from NVC)

  • Empty Chair Technique

  • Inner Dialogue Journaling

Coaching Homework:

  • Choose 3 unmet needs and explore how they show up in life

  • Write a letter from your “Hungry Self”

  • Track 3 moments this week where you felt empty

Stage 5Battery Recovery – What Fuels You Now

Discover what restores your energy and makes you feel alive beyond professional wins.

Tools & Exercises:

  • Energy Audit: Create a table of energizers and drainers

  • Flow State Mapping (Csikszentmihalyi)

  • Strengths Reflection (Gallup or VIA)

Coaching Homework:

  • Identify 5 activities that bring natural energy

  • Journal a memory where you lost track of time

  • Create an “Ideal Day” focused on joy and renewal

Stage 6Contribute Without Exposure

Find authentic ways to give, connect or share without public pressure or overexposure.

  • Legacy Letter

  • Write a Legacy Letter to someone you never thanked

  • Map 3 areas where you can contribute anonymously or quietly

Stage 7Define Your Long-Term Win

Craft your new personal definition of success and set a sustainable, fulfilling direction.

  • Odyssey Plans (Designing Your Life method)

  • One-Page Personal Strategy Canvas

Coaching Homework:

  • Write a letter from your future self (10 years ahead)

  • Map 3 versions of your next 5 years

  • Define 3 non-negotiables for the next chapter

Own motivations profile

You will get profile of your own motivations guidenance strategy for future work

  • What drives you – to make thing done
  • What fuels do – to make it best
  • What chase you – to not sop

This will gives you opportunity to handle your inner motivation and keeps them at the level that fuels but not burnout you. You can shuffle this around different areas of your life: work, family, personal growth.
